SUPER PRIORITY GROUP (SPG) Criteria.
Either:

State pension credit (SPC)
Child tax credit (CTC) where the relevant income is £16,192 or less
(The above 2 benefits qualify for Super Priority Group on their own i.e. they do not need an additional qualifying benefit.)

OR: One of the 3 criteria below, PLUS a QUALIFYING COMPONENT: |
Income Support (IS) – with a qualifying component as listed below
Income-based job seekers allowance (JSA) – with a qualifying component as listed below
Employment Support Allowance (ESA) – with a qualifying component as listed below

A disabled child premium.
A disability premium, enhanced disability premium or severe disability premium.
A pensioner premium, higher pensioner premium or enhanced pensioner premium
A child aged under 5.
